Not satisfied with this, Royal Conta first obtained the QS 9000 quality certificate, which is only for the automotive sector, and continuously improved its quality system and obtained the IATF 16949 : 2016 quality certificate. TQM is embedded in the company culture by using R&R and SPC methods with predictive and preventive maintenance as well as R&R and SPC methods and continuous improvements, as well as applying control in all manufacturing stages starting from the entry of raw materials to semi-finished and final products.
